- フェリー乗り場は泊港南岸です。
- ご予約は1ヵ月前同日（受付時間 午前10：00～午後5：00）より受付いたします。
- 貨物受付は出港30分前で締め切らせていただきます。
- 出港10分前までにご乗船ください。
- 天候その他により運航時間の変更もありますのでご確認ください。
- Board from Tomari Port, next to Tomarin building.
- Reservations are accepted from 1 month prior to departure (reception hours: 10AM-5PM).
- Cargo reception closes 30 min before departure.
- Please board at least 10 min before departure time.
- Schedule changes or cancellations can be decided due to rough sea conditions or other unforeseen conditions, please check for updates before your trip.

- クイーンざまみ乗り場は泊港北岸です。

- 出港10分前までにご乗船ください。
- 持ち込み手荷物(手回り品)は、お一人様二個となります。
- 天候その他により運航時間の変更もありますのでご確認ください。
- Board from Tomari Port - Northern Bank.
- Reservations are accepted from 1 month prior to departure (reception hours: 10AM-5PM).
- Please board at least 10 min before departure time.
- Each passenger can bring up to 2 pieces of luggage.
- Schedule changes or cancellations can be decided due to rough sea conditions or other unforeseen conditions, please check for updates before your trip.
